Rockies Express Pipeline LLC; Notice of Petition for Declaratory
Order
Take notice that on April 29, 2020, pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2) \1\
of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of
Practice and Procedure, Rockies Express Pipeline LLC filed a petition
for declaratory order (Petition) finding that the Commission has
concurrent jurisdiction with U.S. Bankruptcy Courts under Sections 4
and 5 of the Natural Gas Act \2\ and Part 154 of the Commission's
regulations,\3\ regarding Rockies Express `negotiated rate firm
transportation service agreement with Ultra Resources, Inc., all as
more fully explained in the petition.
