[Docket No. CP20-522-000]
Delaware River Partners LLC; Notice of Petition for Declaratory
Order
Take notice that on September 11, 2020, pursuant to Rule 207(a)(2)
of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of

declaratory order from the Commission stating that DRP's proposed
liquefied natural gas transloading operations, as part of its multi-use

Jersey (facility), would not subject the facility to the Commission's
jurisdiction under section 3 or section 7 of the Natural Gas Act, 15
U.S.C. 717b and 717f (2018), as more fully explained in DRP's petition.

motion to intervene, as appropriate. Such notices, motions, or protests
must be filed on or before the comment date. Anyone filing a motion to
intervene or protest must serve a copy of that document on the
Petitioner.
