FERC Form 580; Interrogatory on Fuel and Energy Purchase
Practices; Notice of Request for Partial Waiver
Take notice that on May 20, 2020, pursuant to Rule 207(a)(5) of the
Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice
and Procedure,\1\ Sierra Pacific Power Company submitted a request for
a partial waiver of the requirement to respond to the 2020 FERC Form
580 Interrogatory on Fuel and Energy Purchase Practices, as more fully
explained in the request.

Any person desiring to intervene or to protest this filing must
file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of
Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). Protests will be

be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the
proceeding. Any person wishing to become a party must file a notice of
